After 26 years in the nursing profession working primarily as a Charge Nurse of an adult medical ward and latterly as Nurse Leader of the Hamilton District Nursing Team, Jan decided to start her Real Estate career. Jan’s focus has always been on education, training and ethics and her passion lies with ensuring that the client is given the best possible service and care.
Jan started her Real Estate career with Lodge Real Estate and in her first year was named “Most Promising Salesperson”. She then went on to be placed in the top five of the company every year. During this time Jan formulated an eight week training programme for new salespeople and became responsible for their integration into real estate. This significantly increased the retention of new salespeople.
Jan then took 18 months away from selling but carried on her training role. During this time she studied for and completed her AREINZ.
Jan joined Harcourt’s in July 2008 and her aim is to lead a team which has a reputation for being friendly, knowledgeable and customer focused. |

Tony commenced his Real Estate career in 1997 and immediately loved his newly chosen career and since then has excelled in this field. His roles have included Sales Manager, Residential Sales and Auctioneering with his main focus at present being Residential Sales and Auctioneering.
On a part time basis he teaches at Les Mills World of Fitness where he teaches aerobics (Body Attack) which he has done for the past 25 years. Not only is this great for fitness it is an excellent stress release from his daily work environment.
Prior to commencing his Real Estate career, he worked at Health Waikato where he spent 10 years as a Registered Nurse. The first five years were in the hospitals Palliative care/Oncology department and the following 5 were with community health.
Tony was born in Hamilton, he has lived most of his life here and in the surrounding areas although he has had the odd period of time living overseas and now presently lives in Ngahinapouri. |

Peter comes from a farming background, having grown up on a dairy and sheep farm in Te Puke in the sunny Bay of Plenty.
Peter attended Te Puke Primary School and Sacred Heart College in Auckland.
In his spare time Peter enjoys motor sport, fishing, music and surfing at his favourite beach, Whangamata where Peter and his family have a batch. He keeps fit by playing squash and tramping.
Peter has been self-employed for the past 25 years, in both the transport industry and in the agriculture sector and brings a wealth of experience to his real estate business.
