Previously a Property Manager herself, Melanie understands the needs of her staff. She sets a very high standard for the team and provides the leadership required for them to develop and maintain strong working relationships with their clients.Melanie is a registered REINZ and REAA member. She also belongs to the Hamilton Property Investors Association, Waikato Chamber of Commerce and Her Business Network. Formally from Devonport, Auckland, Paul has resided in Hamilton for seven years, the last six of which have been involved in residential property management. Kerry has had a wide employment history, including RNZAF administration, Production Manager in the Plastics Industry, Office Solutions customer service and Property Management. This vast employment experience has provided Kerry with valuable skills in customer service, communication, efficiency and work ethic. Born and bred in Hamilton, Kerry returned seven years ago, spending the last four with his family residential property management business, specialising in “mum & dad” investors. This enabled him to draw on the fourty years property investment experience of his step-father, Win Kerry. Nikki joined the real estate industry following seventeen years sales and marketing experience in newspaper and magazines and has also managed a Home staging and Property Presentation company based in Hamilton. This position saw her work closely with real estate agents and vendors to assist in achieve maximum sales results. Living in Hamilton most her life Nikki enjoys calling Hamilton home and appreciates the area as a fabulous place to raise her two daughters Brittany and Annabel with her husband Norm, two cats and Barry the family dog. |
