Eddie was born and bred in Hamilton. Spending most of his life growing up in the Claudelands area attending the local schools. His hobbies include fresh and salt water fishing, mountain biking, classic cars, motorsport, reading, entertaining, cooking and traveling.
He worked in Morrinsville for 5 years as an Auto parts manager before studying and becoming a qualified automotive electrician.
He started his real estate career selling property in London for a number of years and succeeded in moving up the ladder within the company.

Lyn was born in Hamilton, one of a family of seven and has grown up in the city. She has seen the tremendous growth and development that has taken place here over the past 20-30 years. During this time, she has been involved in many activities with a strong emphasis on sport. This together with her work in the building industry has opened up many avenues to her.

Annalie is originally from South Africa and immigrated to New Zealand in April 1994. She has 3 children and loves spending time with them and enjoying her hobbies of calligraphy, upholstery, cordon blue cooking, reading and gardening.
Her professional career started when she obtained a BA Degree and a Higher diploma in Education (Post Graduate) at the University of Port Elizabeth, South Africa. A Higher Diploma in Librarianship at the University of the Orange Free State followed.
Annalie started selling real estate at Waikato Real Estate in Te Awamutu and after 18 months she was proud to be placed within the top ten of the Waikato Real Estate salespeople. She joined Century 21 Elders in Te Awamutu in September 1997 to be part of their new residential division and was awarded a member of the Multi Million Dollar Club 9 months later.
She became managing director of Ankor Realty Ltd, trading as L J Hooker, Hamilton in January 2002. She sold her business to Online Realty Ltd in 2005 to take up the position of Development Manager at Ray White Hamilton and has recently joined the vibrant and active Harcourts team.
Annalie was awarded the Real Estate Institute prize for top student in the Graduate Diploma of Business Studies (endorsed in Real Estate) through Massey University in 2002. Phil was born in Hamilton and raised on a Dairy farm in Gordonton before moving into Hamilton City at the age of 13. Phil trained as a Plastics Engineer with Carter Holt Harvey Plastic Products - an iconic local company. After three years OE, Phil returned to NZ and commenced a career in sales & marketing - progressing through key roles before settling into a position as International Business Development Manager in the animal health industry.
Following this, Phil has successfully owned and operated a swimming pool company which has complimented his wife’s Architectural Design business.

For the past 20 years she has had extensive experience in Property.
Starting with Residential sales, Christine then became a Property Manager and home Lease Manager with Housing NZ Corporation. She went on to work for a prominent Hamilton businessman working as a Commercial & Industrial Property Manager as well as managing several other asset portfolios. Christine rejoins Harcourt’s after leaving in 2004 after having two children while working, she then decided to stay at home to care for them until school. “I am excited about returning to Real estate, property is an industry that I am truly passionate about”.
