Moses Cherrington
Sales Consultant
Moses served time as a musician in the New Zealand Army Band from which he served two tours of duty in Singapore playing the tuba and percussion. He also conducted the band as well as being front man for its beer band. After a time of duty in the New Zealand Navy Band, Moses decided to pursue academic learning, starting as an adult student at the Bay of Islands’ College, where he gained his School Certificate and University Entrance and a Certificate in Office Systems from the Kerikeri Campus of Northland Polytechnic. He then became an Employment Advisor with the New Zealand Employment Service before becoming a facilitator on a government initiative entitled “Job Action Workshop”. He began conducting workshops for the long term unemployed at locations such as, New Plymouth, Waihi, Auckland, Thames and Tauranga. He retired from the workshops to work at Pak N Save Tauranga, in which he worked his way up to the role of trainer, and it was then, that Moses decided to pursue a Bachelor of Management Studies Degree (BMS) at the University of Waikato, in which he majored in Accounting. These studies catapulted Moses into the area of Real Estate, in which he has developed a passion to customise his search of properties to be centred on you the client – getting to know you and what you are looking for first. His community involvement is in the area of a public speaking organisation to which he has had links for more than 20 years at various locations; from Kaikohe to Auckland, Tauranga to Hamilton, a highlight being a guest speaker at the annual Toastmistress Convention held at Waitangi. Tracy Coombes

Tracy Coombes has always been interested in property and building. She started building huts and tree huts as a child then bought her first home at 18 years old. This was then sold and Tracy bought a run down cottage in Greymouth, which she renovated and sold at a profit. Deciding she wanted to bring up her children in the country she then bought a small farmlet with another run down cottage she demolished and built a new home. Tracy has a qualification in hand scribe log home building. She has subdivided lifestyle blocks off her land in Te Kinga. Tracy has always been keen at renovation and enhancing her properties to achieve the best sale result. Tracy has experience in real estate marketing as she worked for Gillmans in Christchurch from 1989-99, then Westland Real Estate on the West Coast in 2000. Tracy is currently residing in Raglan with her elderly father an recently worked in real estate there. She has decided to join Harcourts as she feels their training and support will be invaluable. Margaret arrived in New Zealand just over 3 years ago with her 2 children and partner Ron, a kiwi, and has loved every minute of being in this beautiful country.  Originally from Glasgow, Scotland where she worked for many years as Manager of a large fabric shop, leaving to have her children, then returning 9 years later to become assistant manageress in the same shop.  Customer care is very important to her, without the hard sell that can  be so overpowering.  She will do everything in her power to ensure that the process of selling and buying a home is as stress free as possible.  Her main goal is to ensure that the client is happy, throughout the entire process.  In her free time, Margaret loves to get creative with all kinds of crafts, particularly patchwork and quilting, cooking comes a close second.
